This Policy explains how to stop continued subscription access and request a refund for BudayrOS subscription payments.
1. Free trial
If your account is eligible for a free trial, no subscription payment is required merely to start the trial. No paid renewal begins unless it follows the payment method and subscription flow you choose or approve.
2. Automatic renewal and cancellation
When automatic renewal is enabled using an eligible payment method, the subscription renews monthly until the Organization Owner or an authorized user cancels it. For PayPro Global, automatic renewal can be cancelled from the BudayrOS Account & Subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund a paid period that has already been activated.
3. Refund policy for completed payments
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once BudayrOS access has been activated, except where required by applicable law or where a refund is approved on a case-by-case basis. A refund request may be submitted within 30 days of payment, and merely submitting a request does not suspend access while the request is under review. Budayr does not ordinarily provide a pro-rata partial refund for the unused portion of an active subscription month, except where required by law or expressly agreed. If a payment provider independently processes a partial refund, that event alone does not automatically shorten the subscription period. If a full refund, payment reversal, or chargeback is actually processed, Budayr may adjust or terminate the subscription access granted by the affected payment. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for an already activated subscription period.
4. Cases eligible for review
You may request refund review, for example, for a duplicate charge, an incorrectly collected amount, a payment that did not grant the expected subscription period, a material defect or deficiency in the service that we are unable to remedy or re-perform within a reasonable time, or where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy. We may ask for transaction details to verify the request.
5. Failed or cancelled payments
If the payment provider shows that a transaction failed or was cancelled and no final charge occurred, there is no completed payment to refund. If your bank shows a charge despite a failed status, send the transaction details through Contact so it can be investigated.
6. Refund timing
When a refund is approved, it is initiated through the appropriate payment method. The time before funds appear to the customer depends on the bank or payment provider and is not entirely within our control.
7. Subscription expiry, cancellation, and data
Expiry of paid access or cancellation of future renewals does not mean data is instantly deleted. Data processing, retention, and deletion requests are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
8. How to request a review
Use the Contact page and choose “Refund / Cancellation”. Include the organization name, account email, and payment reference if available. Do not send a full card number or security code.
9. Statutory rights
This Policy does not reduce any refund or cancellation right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
